 I Need To Rehome My French Bulldog….

There are many reasons why French bulldogs come into our care. People's circumstances change - illness, divorce, housing difficulties, changes to work hours, and this can leave them unable to look after their Frenchie in the way they had hoped to.

All dogs that come into our care go into a home foster environment (no kennels) so we can find out what they are like and assess the type of home that they would be most suited to. Potential homes are vetted and home checked before rehoming and all dogs have lifetime support of the charity. That means we are always here should the new home not work out for any reason - today, tomorrow, in three years' time.

Please complete the below form. Please provide as much information as possible. Once we have received your details, we will endeavor to contact you within 5 Days of receiving the form.

Please feel reassured we aim to make contact with you at our earliest convenience within the 5 day but sometimes this can run over the time, priority will be given to emergency cases.

**** Sadly we are unable to help any dog that has shown any form of aggression towards humans or has a bite history. This also includes aggressive behaviour towards other dogs, in or outside the home ****

French Bulldog Rescue is committed to ensuring that all our communication and dealings with both our supporters and the general public are of the highest possible standard. we listen and respond to the views of our supporters and the general public so that we can continue to improve.

French Bulldog Rescue welcomes both positive and negative feedback, therefore, we aim to ensure that;

  • It is as easy as possible to make a complaint

  • We treat as a complaint any clear expression of dissatisfaction with our operations which calls for a response.

  • We deal with it in a timely manner and politely and respond accordingly - for example, with an explanation, an apology where we have got things wrong, and provide information on any action taken.

If you wish to provide feedback or raise concerns this is what you should do.

Usually, a conversation with the person directly involved in the issue will suffice should a problem arise. However, we recognise that from time to time there may be occasions when those interacting with us may feel that our actions fall short of what they could reasonably expect. We also want to know about these occasions so that we can resolve the problem and plan to avoid its repetition. If you have a complaint, we would like you to tell us about it.

  • We will acknowledge your complaint in writing (normally within 7 days of receipt)
