You may remember the beautiful Denis who landed his paws with us a little while ago, well guess what, he has been given the all clear by the vets for his eyes and is ready to find his new family 🤍
This little chap landed into foster with an untreated eye condition and severely under weight.
He has been seeing the vet every week and has now been signed off. It's important his new family are going to continue with a twice a day lubricant in his eyes to keep them healthy!
Denis currently lives in a foster home with a teenager, another Male dog and a cat, it has taken some time for him to settle with Max his fur bro and can still sometimes get jealous of Max if getting attention from other humans. He lives alongside the cat and tends to ignore her!
He walks beautifully on the lead but does bark in a playful way to make friends!
Max is also house trained and lets his humans know if he needs to go out for the loo!!
Although Denis is very dog friendly he would also love to be the king of his castle and enjoys being the snuggle bum of the house. If he was to live with another dog he would need firm boundaries and gentle introductions to ensure this is successful!
Denis is hoping to have his paws in his new home ahead of Christmas, he wrote to Santa paws to say that's his Christmas wish 🌲
